...Tie menu together at
Eyester's new Rosebud

by hud report staff

In early '09, Executive Chef Ron Eyester announced he had purchased Food 101 Morningside from its existing owners. As chef and partner since opening day, Eyester has had a significant hand in forming 101 Morningside’s character and atmosphere. This month Chef Eyester announces the evolution of Food 101 Morningside into Rosebud ~ scheduled for July 6th. With the introduction of Rosebud, Eyester’s vision of the perfect neighborhood restaurant is complete. Rosebud is the same owner, same staff, and, for the most part, the same menu. What's different? Aside from the name and a new coat of paint, not much is different. Flavors are still locally sourced and Chef Eyester is still in the kitchen, in the dining room and behind the bar. Rosebud is located at 1397 N. Highland Ave., Atlanta, 404.347.9747. Hours are lunch Monday - Friday 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday & Saturday.
