A southern writer with the Atlanta Journal/Constitution for over 20 years, Hudspeth has eaten barbecue and talked racing with
Jimmy Carter; interviewed Billy Graham, Joe Namath, Lewis Grizzard, Georgia Senators and Miss Universe; among many others.
He's flown the Goodyear blimp and covered a rattlesnake roundup. He's been quoted in publications ranging from Playboy,
Sports Illustrated, USA Today and The Miami Herald to the Los Angeles Times and Reader's Digest.
He reports on the human condition in and around Atlanta and published his findings in a 1980 book, Living, Loving, Laughing,
Dying And Crying On Peachtree.
